Return eligibility

For a change-of-mind return, items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned with included accessories and packaging where reasonably possible. Please include your order number or other proof of purchase. These conditions do not limit rights for damaged, faulty, misdescribed or incorrect goods.

Start a return

1. Email service@pixelvery.com within 30 days of receipt with your order number and the items concerned.
2. Explain whether you changed your mind or there is an issue with the goods. Include photos when useful and available.
3. Wait for return instructions, then pack the items securely and retain your return shipping receipt.

Return address and postage

The return address is: No. 100 Chadu Avenue, Mengyang Subdistrict, Mingshan District, Ya'an City, Sichuan Province, China. Please contact us before posting. For personal-reason returns, the buyer pays return postage. For damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied items, contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and explain responsibility for return costs in the circumstances.

Inspection and refunds

After we receive the return, we inspect it and process approved refunds within 10 business days. Refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds. If a refund is not approved in full, we will explain why and discuss the available next step. Original shipping charges are handled according to the reason for return and applicable law.

Exchanges and order cancellation

Email us for exchange requests so we can check availability and explain whether a return and a new order are appropriate. Cancellation requests should be sent promptly; cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has begun. We do not impose a short damage-reporting deadline that removes your statutory rights.
